ข้อตกลงการใช้งานTerms of use

1เราคือใครWho we are

Cloud by Assets Art ("Cloud") ให้บริการโดย Assets Art ในกรุงเทพมหานครCloud by Assets Art ("Cloud") is run by Assets Art in BangkokรอยืนยันTo confirm ประเทศไทย ข้อตกลงนี้ใช้ระหว่างเรากับคุณ หรือกับองค์กรที่คุณสร้างหรือเป็นสมาชิกอยู่บน Cloud เมื่อคุณสร้างบัญชีหรือใช้ Cloud ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้, Thailand. These terms are between us and you, or the organization you create or belong to on Cloud. By creating an account or using Cloud you accept them.

2บัญชีและองค์กรYour account and organization

คุณเข้าระบบด้วย Passkey, LINE, Google หรือ Apple เราไม่เก็บรหัสผ่าน คุณต้องดูแลอุปกรณ์และบัญชีที่ใช้เข้าระบบให้ปลอดภัย และรับผิดชอบทุกอย่างที่ทำผ่านบัญชีของคุณ รวมถึงสิ่งที่ API token หรือ AI agent ที่คุณอนุญาตทำแทนคุณYou sign in with a passkey, LINE, Google or Apple; we hold no password. Keep the devices and accounts you sign in with secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including what an API token or an AI agent you authorized does for you.

เจ้าของ (Owner) ขององค์กรเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบองค์กรนั้น รวมถึงการเชิญสมาชิก สิทธิ์ของแต่ละคน และค่าใช้จ่ายAn organization's Owners are responsible for it: who they invite, what each member may do, and what it costs.

3สิ่งที่ Cloud ทำWhat Cloud does

Cloud อ่านโค้ดของคุณ (จาก GitHub, ไฟล์ .zip หรือ AI agent ผ่าน MCP) บอกว่าเจออะไร แล้ว deploy ให้ได้ URLCloud reads your code (from GitHub, a .zip, or an AI agent over MCP), says what it found, and deploys it to a URL.

• แอปที่ไม่ใช่ static จะหลับเมื่อว่าง และตื่นเมื่อมี request request แรกหลังหลับอาจช้ากว่าปกติApps that are not static sleep when idle and wake on the next request. The first request after a sleep can take longer.

The current figures are shown in the console when you create or set up an app, and they can change.

It is not shared between sandboxes, and every new deployment starts from an empty disk. Keep data that must last in a database or object storage.

4การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้Acceptable use

ห้ามใช้ Cloud เพื่อ:Do not use Cloud to:

• หลอกลวง (phishing) ฉ้อโกง หรือแอบอ้างเป็นบุคคลหรือองค์กรอื่นphish, defraud, or pass yourself off as another person or organization;
• แพร่มัลแวร์ ส่งสแปม หรือโจมตีระบบอื่น รวมถึงการสแกนหรือ DDoSspread malware, send spam, or attack other systems, scanning and DDoS included;
• เผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมายไทย หรือละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์และสิทธิของผู้อื่นpublish content that is unlawful in Thailand or infringes copyright or anyone's rights;
• ขุดคริปโต หรือใช้ทรัพยากรในทางที่ทำให้ลูกค้าคนอื่นใช้งานไม่ได้mine cryptocurrency or use resources in a way that degrades the service for other customers;
• หลบเลี่ยงขีดจำกัด การคิดเงิน หรือ sandbox ของเราget around our limits, our billing, or our sandbox.

5โค้ดและข้อมูลของคุณYour code and data

โค้ด ข้อมูล และเนื้อหาที่คุณนำมาใช้บน Cloud เป็นของคุณ คุณให้สิทธิ์เราเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อ build, เก็บ, รัน และส่งต่อให้ผู้เข้าชมแอปของคุณ เราไม่ใช้มันเพื่ออย่างอื่น และไม่นำไปฝึก AIThe code, data and content you bring to Cloud are yours. You give us only the rights we need to build, store, run and serve them to your app's visitors. We use them for nothing else and do not train AI on them.

Hostname <label>.app.asart.dev เป็นของคุณตราบที่แอปใช้มันอยู่ เมื่อเปลี่ยนชื่อหรือลบแอป ชื่อเดิมจะถูกปล่อยทันที และคนอื่นจดใช้ได้A <label>.app.asart.dev hostname is yours while your app uses it. When you rename or delete the app, the old label is released at once and anyone may register it.

6ค่าใช้จ่ายBilling

Cloud เป็นแบบเติมเงินล่วงหน้า แต่ละองค์กรเลือกจ่ายเป็นบาท (THB) หรือดอลลาร์สหรัฐ (USD) ค่าใช้งานหักจากยอดคงเหลือตามที่ใช้จริง ราคาปัจจุบันแสดงในหน้า Billing ของ consoleCloud is prepaid. Each organization bills in Thai baht (THB) or US dollars (USD). Usage is taken from the balance as it happens; current prices are on the console's Billing page.

เมื่อยอดคงเหลือหมด เราจะเตือนก่อน แล้วจึงหยุดแอปชั่วคราว ข้อมูลของคุณจะถูกเก็บไว้ระยะหนึ่งก่อนลบ ยอดเงินที่เติมแล้วไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ ยกเว้นกฎหมายกำหนดWhen the balance runs out we warn you first, then pause your apps. Your data is kept for a while before it is deleted. Top-ups are not refundable unless the law requires it.

7การระงับและการยกเลิกSuspension and closing

เราอาจปิดแอปหรือระงับบัญชีทันที ถ้ามีการละเมิดข้อตกลงนี้ หรือเพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายต่อผู้อื่นหรือต่อระบบ เราจะแจ้งเหตุผลให้ทราบ เว้นแต่กฎหมายห้ามWe may take an app offline or suspend an account at once when these terms are broken, or to stop harm to others or to the platform. We tell you why unless the law forbids it.

คุณลบแอป องค์กร หรือบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อจาก console ก่อนลบบัญชี คุณ export ข้อมูลของคุณเป็น JSON ได้You can delete an app, an organization or your account at any time from the console. Before you delete your account you can export your data as JSON.

8การรับประกันและความรับผิดWarranty and liability

To the extent Thai law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

9การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลงChanges to these terms

ถ้าเราเปลี่ยนข้อตกลงนี้ในเรื่องสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งใน console และทางอีเมลอย่างน้อย 30 วันก่อนมีผล ถ้าคุณใช้ Cloud ต่อหลังจากนั้น ถือว่ายอมรับข้อตกลงใหม่If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the console and by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Using Cloud after that means you accept the new terms.

10กฎหมายที่ใช้และการติดต่อLaw and contact

ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ข้อพิพาทอยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย มีคำถามเกี่ยวกับข้อตกลงนี้ ติดต่อเราผ่านเมนู Help ใน consoleThese terms are governed by Thai law, and disputes go to the courts of Thailand. For questions about them, reach us through Help in the console.
